Oh, to be a young cool blogger and have a new shoe line collab with Urban Outfitters, released July 15...gee, I was never this cool as a 17-year old. Am I envious? Maybe a bit...but I adore Jane Aldridge's blog Sea of Shoes and her new collab with Urban Outfitters, featuring these three shoe styles! In her words, "a mish-mash of some elements of {her} favorite pairs."

To jump or not?

I really love the idea of the jumpsuit. I honestly don't remember the last time I wore one...maybe when I was 5 or 6 years old? It's been a long time, that's for sure. I keep finding myself wanting a jumpsuit, however I just haven't found the "one." I saw these here and was instantly drawn to these chic styles. Maybe one of these will be the "one." After all, it's been cold & rainy in NYC, so I still have time to get a jumpsuit and enjoy wearing it for a few months!

Animal prints....

I'll admit it, I've never been a huge fan of animal prints. However, I came across this picture here, and I found myself instantly attracted to the way Sarah Rutson mixed her leopard print jacket into an otherwise simple outfit. I do like the idea of mixing in a little animal print with a simple and classic outfit....hmm, maybe I'll be trying my hand at animal print come fall??

Bicycle loving....

I want a bike. I often vision myself riding a cute bike with a basket in the front to carry my flea market finds. I'll be wearing a breezy floral summer dress and keds, while chicly adorning a summer hat. I love this vision so much. Urg, I just don't envision it in New York though. I'm too afraid of cars to even entertain the idea of having a bike. Ho um, this vision will just have to wait until......??

Have you thought about a themed wedding? I personally don't like theme parties, so I've never given a theme wedding any thought. But I came across these circus wedding photo's here and they are honestly so adorable and creative! I'm not so sure about a themed wedding, but these pictures almost make me change my tune.....

Summer nights are coming soon....

It's been a little chilly the last few weeks in New York, especially for being the middle of June. I don't care for the hot humidity of New York, but I do love going out on summer nights! This is what I'll be wearing when the heat gets turned up a notch in the next month. Oh sweet romantic summer nights, how I love thee.

Its been raining in New York the past few days. Not a shower here and there, but the type of drizzle that is accompanied with a thick fog that hangs low to the ground, creeping into the streets, like a loiterer, who shouldn't come around. The humidity is thick and sticks to you, clinging to your skin, creating a second layer. But, sometimes this thick ugly weather is surprisingly refreshing. I say enjoy it now, before the hot humidity really kicks into high gear.

I found this image here, it spoke to me. I am a dreamer. Are you? I find myself dreaming each and every day. Dreams are so powerful and profound. I dream vivid big dreams....things that I want so bad in my life I can almost reach out and touch them. I have a vision board of my dreams.
